At MachMotion, we specialize in CNC machine upgrades that extend the life of your equipment and restore confidence in your production. With over two decades of experience, we're not just a controls provider. We're your long-term partner in keeping machines running reliably, efficiently, and affordably.
Our mission is simple: make CNC upgrades easy. Whether you operate a router, waterjet, mill, grinder, lathe, or custom machine, our U.S.-based team delivers plug-and-play retrofit solutions backed by personalized support and lifetime service.
If you're looking for a partner who knows CNC machine upgrades inside and out, you're in the right place. We're here to help you extend the life of your equipment, improve performance, and stay competitive without overspending on new machinery.
History
MachMotion started in a garage with Dave and his father working on CNC machines, discovering firsthand that shops needed an affordable, reliable upgrade path for controllers that didn't require buying new equipment. That practical, operator-first mindset became the foundation of the company.
Built by the Eldredge family and grown by the people who run it, MachMotion has spent over two decades earning the trust of machine shops across the country. We've stayed small enough to know our customers and large enough to solve the hard problems.
Vision
We believe every CNC machine deserves a second life. Our vision is a manufacturing industry where aging equipment doesn't mean falling behind. Where the right upgrade keeps shops competitive, productive, and in control of their own future.
MachMotion exists to make that possible: straightforward retrofits, honest guidance, and support that doesn't disappear after installation.

Dave Eldredge, President
While working on CNC machines in their garage, Dave and his father discovered a need in the manufacturing industry: an affordable CNC control upgrade that would maximize uptime and efficiency for the operator. Together, with Dave's brothers, MachMotion was built around meeting the needs of CNC machine shops, owners, and operators from installation to a lifetime of customer service.
Carl Eldredge, CFO
MachMotion is a family-owned CNC machine upgrade company, started by Carl's father in the 90s. Carl and his brothers now own and operate the company together, living out the core values their parents instilled in them: work hard, live with integrity, and, most importantly, have a heart for service.
Andy Eldredge, CTO
Andy brings a practical, forward-thinking approach to CNC technology and manufacturing. Driven by a passion for innovation and solving real shop-floor challenges, Andy looks for opportunities to improve how manufacturers operate every day. His leadership helps MachMotion deliver control solutions that reduce downtime risk, improve usability, and give CNC machines a longer, more reliable life in production.
