Warranty
Every MachMotion retrofit is backed by real coverage — not fine print designed to get us out of a claim.
All new MachMotion products are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a defect arises from normal use, we'll repair or exchange the affected part at no cost. Customers must obtain an RMA number before returning any product. We cover ground shipping on replacements; expedited shipping is available at the customer's expense. If a replacement is sent ahead of the faulty part being returned, any applicable refund is issued within 10 business days of us receiving the original component.
This extended coverage applies specifically to the 21" 2000 Series CNC control hardware (HMI). External components — motion controllers, servo drives, and spindle VFDs — remain covered under the standard 1-year warranty.
MachMotion provides complimentary technical support by phone, email, and remote login to the original purchaser, for the lifetime of the control, at no charge. This benefit is non-transferable — subsequent owners of the machine may purchase support separately.
