Is my machine too old for a retrofit?

Not necessarily. Machine age alone does not decide whether a retrofit makes sense. Many older machines are still strong mechanically, and the real problem is the aging CNC control, obsolete electronics, or lack of support. If the machine structure is sound, a retrofit may help extend machine life and keep it in production.
